We understand that plans can change! To help us serve all our clients efficiently, please note our policy below:

📅 Rescheduling:

You may reschedule your appointment free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.

To reschedule, contact us at 251-463-4173  as soon as possible.

❌ Cancellations:

24+ hours' notice: No cancellation fee. 

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or we are unable to access the property, the full-service fee may still apply, A MINIMUM  no-show FEE OF $20 will be charged.
