Services & Appointments

We offer scheduled cleaning services based on availability. Please provide safe and clear access to your home or business at the time of service.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept CASH, CARD, VENMO, OR ZELLE. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or we are unable to access the property, the full service fee may still apply.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not happy with our service, let us know within 24 hours.

Liability

- Services will be completed as outlined in the quote.
- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
- Client is responsible for providing access to the property on the scheduled service date.
- Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, or special requests not included in the quote.
- Cancellations or reschedules require 24 hours' notice to avoid a service fee.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, faulty fixtures, or unsecured valuables.
